About Me – Touch, Awareness & Presence

Hello, I’m Miguel.
 My work combines precise bodywork, conscious presence and sound — creating a space where you can deeply relax, release tension, and return to yourself.
I don’t see massage as a technique, but as a journey — physical, mental and energetic.

Locations in Berlin

You can currently experience your massage at two locations in Berlin:
Natura Heilpraxis – Charlottenburg
A calm and professional space for deep regeneration.
Sinnergie e.V. – Pankow
A community-based space for body awareness and wellbeing.
Additionally, I offer a mobile service — upon request, I come to your home, hotel, office or private event.

My Path to Massage

Before working professionally in massage, I was a national kitesurfing champion in Mexico.
 High-performance sports taught me early on how essential balance, recovery and body awareness truly are.
This understanding became the beginning of my journey into bodywork — shaping the intuitive, calm and deeply relaxing approach I offer today.

My professional foundation includes:
3-year massage training in Mexico
Training in wellness cupping
Training in Reiki
Training in biomagnetism
Touch for Health – applied kinesiology
Audio Design studies in Berlin:
 sound creation, sound design, frequency work & music production
I integrate solid knowledge, body intelligence and intuition — offering treatment that goes deeper than classic wellness massage.

For all treatments I use exclusively:
Premium organic oils with regenerative and skin-supportive properties
High-quality essential oils, aligned with the nervous system, breath, and emotional relaxation

Music is an essential part of your session.
 It is not simply background — but energetic guidance.
Many soundscapes are composed by me personally. Others are carefully selected to deepen the massage atmosphere and guide the nervous system toward calm.
