Right of withdrawal

Note: The following information on the right of withdrawal applies to consumers who book a massage directly with me – by e-mail, WhatsApp, phone or payment link. This English version is a courtesy translation; the German version is legally binding.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Massage Miguel, Miguel Alonso Manzanilla Urich-Sass, Gottschalkstraße 2, 13359 Berlin, Germany, phone +49 157 7428 6598, e-mail info@massagemiguel.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early once I have fully provided the massage, if before the massage began you

expressly agreed that I begin the massage before the withdrawal period ends, and
acknowledged that your right of withdrawal expires once I have fully performed the contract.

If we concluded the contract with you on site (outside my business premises), your consent under point 1 must be given on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail or on paper). For packages with several massage hours, the right of withdrawal only expires once all hours have been fully provided.

Bookings via Treatwell or Fresha

For bookings via Treatwell or Fresha, the respective platform informs you about your rights during the booking process.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts (by WhatsApp, e-mail or phone); any amount already paid will then be refunded in full.

If you cancel later or do not attend, the agreed price remains payable (cancellation fee). I deduct what I save as a result (e.g. travel costs for hotel and home visits) and what I earn by giving the slot to someone else: if I can rebook the slot, no fee is charged. You are always entitled to prove that my loss was lower or that there was no loss; in that case you only pay the lower amount.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
